This wooden bound book is a find for any adventurer. Inside its battered old pages lie the
incantations for any 1st or 2nd level spell. The only catch is that you must be able to
learn a spell to use the book, and when you choose your spell, all the others fade away
forever. Mechanically, this is a free spell. It must be within your class spheres, and you
must have a spell slot open for use. If you do not have one, you will have to wait until
next year to use the tome. |
