Talisman of SHaar
This amulet allows up to 5 spell levels to be stored and used, even if you cannot cast
that sphere of magic. It draws on spells from surrounding players/enemies. The wearer must
call steal then can be given a spell card from either another player or enemy.
The talisman cannot draw on innate abilities, or boons, only spell magic. Spells that are
stolen last for one week (one adventure), and cannot be carried over. The talisman does
not absorb spell strike or spell effects. Its function is to capture spells before they
are cast. The bearer must know the spell that they are going to steal, otherwise it is up
to the victim, and they can call it at their weakest spell known. |
